AZLO App Terms of Use

Effective date: 2 November 2026.

About AZLO

AZLO is operated by Alexandra Lang, a sole trader trading as AZLO in South Australia, Australia. Contact support@azlo.com.au. These terms concern the mobile/web planner, not physical-planner purchases, which have separate sale terms.

AZLO helps organise shifts and personal plans. It does not replace employer rosters, professional advice or required workplace systems. Review important dates and planning changes. Voice recognition, AI interpretation and suggested schedules can misunderstand requests. Notifications depend on device permissions, settings and the app's scheduling state; retain another reliable method for critical obligations.

Accounts and your information

Provide accurate account details, keep your device and sign-in credentials secure, and tell us about suspected unauthorised access. Do not share one login to operate a partner calendar: use separate accounts and the sharing controls. You retain rights in your planner content and authorise the processing needed to provide the features you choose, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Do not use AZLO to infringe others' rights, upload information you are not entitled to disclose, bypass access or usage controls, or disrupt the service. Microphone access is optional; typed/manual planning is available.

Shared calendars

Calendar members can view and edit joint shared plans. A personal plan made visible to a partner remains under its owner's editing control. Private shifts and plans are not automatically shared on joining. Leaving or deleting an account changes access. Deleting the calendar owner's account deletes that shared calendar and its joint plans under the current database rules. A joining partner's deletion can leave joint plans with the remaining owner. Other people's screenshots or independent copies are outside AZLO's deletion controls.

Free planning and AZLO Plus

AZLO Plus purchases are currently unavailable during testing. The subscription terms below apply when purchases become available and you choose to subscribe.

Basic planning, accounts and cloud backup are available without a Plus subscription in the app. Plus provides the paid planning features identified on its purchase screen, currently natural voice planning, suggestions for moving plans around work/sleep and lighter-day planning. Online voice use has daily usage limits. Any applicable limits are shown in the app; Plus does not promise unlimited online use.

The Australian monthly offer is AUD $3.99 per month, automatically renewing. The store's checkout shows the actual price, currency, billing period and applicable terms before you confirm. Other regional prices may differ. A free trial exists only if expressly shown in checkout, with its duration and renewal price.

Apple or Google handles billing for purchases made through its store. A monthly subscription renews each billing period unless you cancel through that store's subscription settings. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Ordinarily, cancelling renewal preserves access until the paid period ends; refunds, revocation or store adjustments can affect that date. Uninstalling AZLO, signing out or deleting an AZLO account does not cancel a store subscription.

Use Restore purchases with the relevant store account and sign into the appropriate AZLO account. Purchase availability and restoration depend on the store account, platform and supported app configuration. Do not assume a purchase transfers between AZLO accounts or platforms, or includes Apple Family Sharing. Contact support if an existing purchase is not recognised.

Prices or paid features may change prospectively with appropriate notice and any consent required by law or the store. We will not retrospectively change the charge for a paid period. If we cannot supply a paid service, contact us about available remedies; these terms do not authorise charging for an unavailable service without the remedies required by law.

Refunds and consumer rights

You can use the relevant store's refund process and contact support@azlo.com.au for help. Store procedures do not remove your rights against a supplier under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees. We do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or require you to waive statutory rights.

Changes, restrictions and ending service

We may make reasonable changes to improve functionality, fix faults or meet security/legal requirements. Material changes to paid features or service availability require appropriate notice and lawful remedies. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse or a security risk, and explain the reason where lawful and practical. Contact support to dispute an access restriction. These provisions do not override consumer guarantees or create a right to retain payment for services not supplied.

Contact and applicable law

Contact support@azlo.com.au about the service, subscriptions or a complaint. We aim to resolve problems directly. South Australian and applicable Australian law govern these terms without removing mandatory protections that apply where you live. These terms do not prevent you from using courts, regulators or other remedies available under applicable law.
