A LITTLE HELP, WHEN YOU NEED IT

AZLO Help & FAQ

Less figuring things out. More life on your terms. Tap a question for help with your roster, plans and account.

How do I set up my roster?

Enter your shifts and days off, including the start date and shift times. For a repeating roster, describe the full cycle in order and when it begins. Speak or type your request, then check the dated shifts before confirming. Pay particular attention to overnight shifts and the first day of the rotation. Correct anything that does not match your actual roster.

How do I check a voice change?

Review AZLO’s interpretation before confirming. Check the item, date, start and finish times, and whether it is being added, changed or removed. If the result is wrong or unclear, edit it or type a clearer request. Voice interpretation needs internet access; speaking needs microphone permission. Check for clashes yourself, as AZLO may not catch every overlap.

Can I undo a change?

Use the Undo option shown for the change you just made, then check your plan again. Undo is not a permanent history: it may no longer be available after other changes or a cloud refresh. Avoid using an older Undo after making newer changes. If it is unavailable, correct the item manually or contact support if you are unsure.

What can I use offline?

AZLO keeps planner data on your device, so previously saved information can remain available without a connection. Voice interpretation, sign-in, cloud syncing and shared-calendar updates need internet access. Offline changes and reconnection can behave differently across versions. Reconnect and check that important changes have synced before relying on them on another device.

How does cloud syncing work?

Cloud backup and syncing use your signed-in AZLO account and an internet connection. Use the same account on each device and check the app’s sync status. A plan saved locally is not proof that it has reached the cloud. If a sync conflict or error appears, pause and review it rather than repeatedly overwriting data. Keep the original device and its app data until you have confirmed your plans are present elsewhere.

Are my personal plans private?

Your personal roster and plans stay separate from shared-calendar plans. Joining a shared calendar does not automatically share your private roster or existing personal plans. Use Add shared plan to create something for the shared calendar. Other calendar members can see shared items. Sharing an existing individual plan is not currently available.

Why can’t I find a plan?

Check the date in Today, Fortnight or Ahead, and whether the item belongs to personal plans or a shared calendar. Make sure you are signed into the correct account. Reconnect and check for a sync error. If you just used voice, check whether the request was confirmed. Avoid clearing app data, reinstalling or repeatedly undoing changes while investigating. If it is still missing, email support with the date and what happened.

How do I contact support?

Email support@azlo.com.au. Include your device, app version if available, what you expected, what happened and the steps leading up to it. A screenshot can help—hide private details first. Never send passwords or sign-in codes. You can also find AZLO at azlo.com.au.
